چکیده
This paper proposes a method to design wind turbulence model based on real spectral characteristics. It uses models Cole-Cole fractional functions approximate the power density. Von Kármán is most commonly used but originally designed for aircraft in high altitude. Therefore, it not suitable systems operating at low altitude, hence need more accurate these specific conditions. Shaping filters issued from are employed generate realistic random speed white noise input. Then, grey box proposed physical parameters such as classic von ones (mean speed, intensity and length scale).

Fractional and fractal derivatives modeling of turbulence
This study makes the first attempt to use the 2/3-order fractional Laplacian modeling of enhanced diffusing movements of random turbulent particle resulting from nonlinear inertial interactions. A combined effect of the inertial interactions and the molecule Brownian diffusivities is found to be the bi-fractal mechanism behind multifractal scaling in the inertial range of scales of moderate Rey...
متن کاملModeling of short scale turbulence in the solar wind
The solar wind serves as a laboratory for investigating magnetohydrodynamic turbulence under conditions irreproducible on the terra firma. Here we show that the frame work of Hall magnetohydrodynamics (HMHD), which can support three quadratic invariants and allows nonlinear states to depart fundamentally from the Alfvénic, is capable of reproducing in the inertial range the three branches of th...

This study makes the first attempt to use the 2/3-order fractional Laplacian modeling of Kolmogorov -5/3 scaling of fully developed turbulence and enhanced diffusing movements of random turbulent particles. A combined effect of inertial interactions induced diffusivity and the molecular Brownian diffusivity is considered the bi-fractal mechanism behind multifractal scaling of moderate Reynolds ...
متن کاملModelling the Vertical Wind Speed and Turbulence Intensity Profiles at Prospective Offshore Wind Farm Sites
Monin-Obukhov theory predicts the well-known log-linear form of the vertical wind speed profile. A turbulence intensity profile can be estimated from this by assuming that the standard deviation of the wind speed is proportional to the friction velocity. Two parameters, namely the aerodynamic surface roughness length and the MoninObukhov length, are than needed to predict the vertical wind spee...
